【URBAN ART GARDEN】 Boron Plate Protective Coating
Product Highlights:
- High-efficiency Anti-Adhesion - White liquid-like, resistant to high temperatures, effectively prevents the workpiece from sticking to the frame, reducing the damage rate of the workpiece and the frame.
- High temperature stability - With a high resistance to heat, it forms a dense isolation layer after firing, without peeling off or contaminating the work.
- Fast film formation – After brushing, it can be directly placed in the kiln and dried without the need for long waiting periods.
- Preventive coating for new panels – After the new panel is painted, avoid contaminating it with the glaze or leaving any marks during its first use.
- Renovation of old panels – Easily repair small areas of glazed tiles on old roof panels, avoiding waste and reducing costs.

Usage instructions:
Pre-protective measures for new panels
- Cleaning: Wipe the panel clean to ensure there are no dust particles on the surface.
- Application: Apply evenly with a brush for 1-2 layers (the drying time is related to temperature and humidity).
- Dry: After the coating has dried, it can be directly put into the kiln for use without any additional processing.
Old Panel Renovation
- Cleaning: Remove the remaining glaze residue on the surface of the panel, and smooth out the remaining glaze to make it without any obvious protrusions.
- Application: Apply evenly with a brush for 1-2 layers (the drying time is related to temperature and humidity).
- Dry: Once it is completely dry, it can be used normally.
Why choose it?
- Reduce damage rate: Effectively prevent the work from sticking to the board, and avoid adhesion between the scaffold board and the kiln brick, thereby extending the service life of the kiln equipment.
- Easily remove old glaze coatings: The panels with glaze deposits in small areas do not need to be discarded. After applying the current coating, they can be reused, offering low cost and high efficiency.
- Protecting investment: The new roof panels are provided with advanced protection measures, ensuring the surface remains flat for a long time and reducing the cost of frequent replacement of the roof panels.
- Comparison before and after use: Before restoration, the surface of the old panel had residual glaze marks. After restoration, an even isolation layer was formed, allowing it to continue to be used safely.
