【URBAN ART GARDEN】 Alumina Isolation Powder
Product Highlights:
- Strong anti-stick property – Effectively separates the work from the mold surface, preventing the glaze from adhering during firing, protecting both the work and the mold surface.
- High temperature stability - Alumina possesses high hardness and high refractory properties, with excellent high-temperature resistance.
- Operation is simple – Just open the cover and sprinkle evenly on the scaffold board. No complicated procedures are required.
- Free of impurities and contaminants – Non-toxic and harmless, without affecting the color and glaze effect of the work.
- Wide applicability – Suitable for various high-temperature firing scenarios such as ceramics and glass; also applicable to works with rounded bottoms and prone to displacement.
- Recyclable – After use, it can be collected and recycled, reused, and is both economical and environmentally friendly.
Product Information:

| Specification | 500ml |
| Main Purpose | Prevent molten glaze from adhering to the glass panel; Help round-bottomed works to be fixed in position |
Usage Steps (Two Steps):
- Sprinkle Powder: When loading into the kiln, evenly sprinkle the alumina powder at the contact position between the glass panel and the work.
- Placement: Place the work gently on the alumina powder and proceed with the normal firing process.
Why choose it?
- Affordable and efficient: Alumina is a mature industrial material with high cost-effectiveness and reliable anti-sticking properties.
- Light in texture and easy to use: The powder is fine and easy to spread. Just open the lid and use immediately, no need for mixing.
- Protecting kiln equipment: Preventing the adhesion of glaze from causing damage to the roof panels and extending the service life of the roof panels.
- Auxiliary fixation: For works with rounded bottoms that cannot be placed smoothly, alumina powder can increase friction and prevent displacement during the firing process.
Tips:
- The aluminum oxide powder that falls after use can be collected and reused for the next use, thus reducing waste.
- In case of local adhesion, a small iron sheet can be used to gently scrape it off. This will not affect the re-use of the roof panel.
