The Gas-fired heating kiln QK60 is made of 304 stainless steel. The entire machine is lightweight, has excellent heat preservation performance, lower energy consumption, and a simple and elegant appearance. It is equipped with platinum thermocouples inside to achieve precise temperature control. The unique down-feather grade insulation bricks, combined with a four-sided extended three-dimensional layout, ensure more uniform heat distribution. The bottom is equipped with 360-degree universal wheels with locking function, allowing for flexible movement and stable parking. Whether for professional potters, educational institutions, or small factories, one can easily obtain a stable and efficient firing experience.
Main advantages:
- Suitable for various places such as studios, teaching spaces, and small factories
- Light in weight, good at heat preservation, low in energy consumption, and economical and environmentally friendly to use.
- Simple and elegant 304 stainless steel casing, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean
- Platinum thermocouple for precise temperature control
- Down-grade thermal insulation bricks + Four-sided extended three-dimensional layout, ensuring uniform heat distribution with no dead corners.
- 360° lockable swivel wheels, easy to move, and remain stationary even after parking
Materials and Structure:
- Shell: 304 stainless steel, sturdy yet lightweight
- Temperature control element: Platinum thermocouple, with highly sensitive temperature response
- Insulation layer: Down-grade insulation bricks + non-toxic fiber board, heat retention and energy saving
- Wheel: 360° lockable universal wheel, easy to push and pull, with reliable positioning.
Compared with ordinary gas kilns:
- the weight is reduced by approximately 10% and it can be moved with wheels.
Energy consumption is reduced by 10%, resulting in lower long-term usage costs. - Four-sided three-dimensional insulation brick layout, with low temperature difference inside the kiln
- The 304 stainless steel casing is more durable and has a more modern appearance.
The specific details of the related accessories will be provided according to the size of the kiln.

Notes for Attention:
- Before using the kiln, make sure that the air switch and leakage protection device are functioning properly to prevent electric shock.
- When the kiln is in operation, please keep a safe distance from it to avoid getting burned.
- After the kiln is filled and during the firing process, please do not move the kiln, as it may damage the works.
- During the firing and cooling processes, please do not touch the high-temperature areas of the kiln.
- After the temperature inside the kiln has dropped to normal, open the kiln door (make sure to cut off the gas supply and power source) to prevent the workpiece from cracking due to sudden cooling.
Firing Instructions:
- Drying stage: During the initial stage of firing (before reaching 350°C), the kiln door should be slightly open to facilitate moisture removal.
- As the temperature rises, the gap between the door should be gradually reduced.
Heating-up stage: During the period from 300°C to 800°C, the observation hole plug can be used to seal the observation hole to reduce heat loss. - Cooling and heat dissipation: After the firing process is completed, if you want to speed up the cooling process, you can use the door gap support rods to assist in heat dissipation.
- Ventilation requirements: During the kiln firing process, ensure that the indoor ventilation is adequate to promote health.
- Daily cleaning: Before each firing, remove the accumulated dust and residues inside the kiln. This can effectively prevent the gas holes from getting blocked and the refractory materials from aging prematurely.
