The dual-purpose electrical and gas-fired kiln integrates a 1330℃ high-temperature electric heating kiln and a professional gas heating kiln. Both pure electric and pure gas heating can stably reach 1300℃. It supports the intelligent "electric first, then gas" mode: before 900℃, it uses electric heating to achieve automatic temperature rise without human intervention. Then, it switches to gas for reduction or oxidation firing, easily achieving the artistic effect of a gas-fired kiln. The entire machine strictly follows safety standards. It has a multi-layer precise structure for efficient energy storage, and an external 304 stainless steel shell that is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Its durability and ease of daily maintenance far exceed those of conventional electric kilns. Whether it's an artist, a studio, or a teaching institution, all can enjoy the convenience of the electric heating kiln and the expressive power of the gas heating kiln on the same equipment.

Main advantages:

  • Dual functions in one device: You can freely choose among three modes: pure electric, pure gas, and electric first followed by gas.
  • Both pure electric and pure gas heating can reach a temperature of 1300℃, meeting the requirements for high-temperature ceramic creations.
  • In the "electricity first, gas later" mode, there is no need for manual operation before 900℃, significantly reducing the workload.
  • After switching to gas, the reduction/oxidation effect of the pure gas kiln can be achieved. All kinds of natural kiln transformation effects such as ash falling and fire marks are fully available.
  • Designed strictly in accordance with safety standards, with multi-layer precise insulation structure, it features high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
  • 304 stainless steel casing, resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, ensuring a fresh appearance for a long time.
  • Compared to conventional electric kilns, it has improved durability and is easier to clean; compared to pure gas kilns, it is safer to operate and the initial heating process is more manageable.

The core characteristics that distinguish the dual-purpose electrical kiln from conventional electric kilns or pure gas kilns are:

  • Electricity and gas dual system: Three modes - pure electric, pure gas, and alternating between electricity and gas - can be freely switched.
  • Electric heating first, then gas heating, no one on duty before 900℃: Electric heating automatically raises the temperature to 900℃, eliminating the need for continuous supervision throughout the process.
  • Dual-purpose: No need to separately purchase electric heating kilns and gas heating kilns; it covers all the firing requirements of both types.
  • Both pure electric and pure gas reach 1300℃: Mid-temperature and high-temperature creations are fully satisfied.
  • Excellent gas reduction effect: Achieving natural kiln changes such as ash accumulation and burn marks in a pure gas kiln.
  • 304 stainless steel casing: More resistant to corrosion and easier to clean than conventional electric kilns.
  • Operation is safer and more convenient: Compared to pure gas kilns, it reduces the potential risks during the gas ignition stage.

The specific details of the related accessories will be provided according to the size of the kiln.

Notes for Attention:

  • Before use, please ensure that the air switch, leakage protection device and gas leakage alarm are functioning properly to prevent electric shock and gas leakage.
  • When the kiln is in operation (especially in the gas mode), please maintain a safe distance and ensure good indoor ventilation.
  • After the kiln is filled and during the firing process, please do not move the kiln. This is to prevent damage to the works or the loosening of the gas pipelines.
  • During the firing and cooling processes, please do not touch the high-temperature areas of the kiln (including the shell, observation holes, etc.).
  • After the temperature inside the kiln has dropped to normal, first turn off the gas supply and power source, then open the kiln door to prevent the workpieces from cracking due to sudden cooling or the residue of gas.
