This kiln combines both electrical and gas heating functions and integrates a high-temperature electrical heating kiln at 1330℃ and a professional gas heating kiln. Whether it is pure electrical heating or pure gas heating, it can stably reach 1300℃. It supports the intelligent "electric first, then gas" mode, easily achieving the artistic effect of the gas kiln. The entire machine strictly follows safety standards. Its durability and ease of daily maintenance far exceed those of traditional electrical kilns. Whether it is an artist, a studio, or a teaching institution, they can enjoy the convenience of the electrical heating kiln and the expressive power of the gas heating kiln on the same equipment.

Main advantages:

  • This device offers multiple functions in one unit: You can freely choose among three modes: pure electric mode, pure gas mode, and electric first then gas mode.
  • Whether it's pure electric heating or pure gas heating, it can reach a high temperature of 1300℃, meeting the requirements for the production of high-temperature ceramic products.
  • In the "electric first then gas" mode, the workload is significantly reduced.
  • After switching to the gas mode, the reduction/oxidation effect of the pure gas kiln can be achieved. Various natural kiln transformation effects, such as ashes falling and fire marks, can be fully realized.
  • It is strictly designed in accordance with safety standards, featuring a multi-layer precise insulation structure, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
  • The 304 stainless steel shell is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, ensuring a fresh appearance for a long time.
  • Compared to traditional electric kilns, it has higher durability and easier cleaning features; compared to pure gas kilns, the operation is safer and the initial heating process is easier to control.

The core feature that distinguishes the multi-functional electric kiln from traditional electric kilns or pure gas kilns is:

  • Dual power and gas systems: There are three modes available for selection - pure electric mode, pure gas mode, and an alternating use mode of electricity and gas - all can be switched freely.
  • First, it heats with electricity, then with gas, and it is unmanned at 900℃ or below: The electric heating will automatically raise the temperature to 900℃, eliminating the need for continuous monitoring throughout the process.
  • Multifunctional: No need to separately purchase an electric heating kiln and a gas heating kiln; it covers all firing requirements of both types.
  • Both pure electric mode and pure gas mode can reach 1300℃: Meeting the needs of medium and high-temperature creations.
  • Outstanding gas emission reduction effect: Achieving natural kiln changes such as ash accumulation and burn marks in a pure gas kiln.
  • 304 stainless steel shell: More corrosion-resistant than traditional electric kilns and easier to clean.
  • Safer and more convenient to operate: Compared to pure gas kilns, it reduces potential risks during the gas ignition stage.

The specific details of the related accessories will vary depending on the size of the kiln and will be provided.

Notes:

  • Before use, ensure that the air switch, leakage protection device and gas leakage alarm are all functioning properly to avoid electric shock and gas leakage.
  • When the kiln is in operation (especially in gas mode), maintain a safe distance and ensure good indoor ventilation.
  • After the kiln is filled and during the firing process, do not move the kiln. This is to prevent damage to the equipment or loosening of the gas pipeline.
  • During the firing and cooling processes, do not touch the high-temperature areas of the kiln (including the shell, observation hole, etc.).
  • After the internal temperature of the kiln drops to a normal level, first turn off the gas supply and power, then open the kiln door to prevent damage caused by sudden cooling or residual gas.
